Operating principles
Capability is demonstrated before it is deployed. Interpreters are dedicated rather than drawn from an anonymous pool. Quality is a repeating loop of review, coaching, and reassessment — not a certificate on a wall. Software is built around how the work actually happens.

This site does not publish coverage counts, response-time guarantees, or performance percentages. Languages, schedules, and service levels are confirmed against current capability for each engagement, and committed in writing there rather than advertised in the abstract.
